MedScry is a search layer over public FDA and NIH records. The data belongs to the authorities that publish it — we only make it searchable and link you back to the source.

Datasets remain the property of their respective authorities and are provided under their own terms and licenses. MedScry claims no ownership of the underlying data. Each source links to its official origin, and every result page carries a link back to the primary record so you can verify it and read it under the publisher’s terms.
MedScry is a PolarisRay project.
The nine collections MedScry searches, each with the authority that publishes it and a link to its home:
Authority names and links are provided so you can consult each dataset’s own terms. Where a source requires specific attribution or share-alike terms (for example ChEMBL), those terms govern your use of that data, not MedScry’s.
MedScry is for information and research. Adverse-event and recall reports are unverified and do not establish that a product caused an event; reporting rates vary, so counts are signals, not statistics. Nothing here is medical advice or a substitute for a clinician, the current official label, or a qualified professional. Do not use MedScry to make a diagnosis or treatment decision.
Product, company and agency names shown in records are the trademarks of their owners and appear only to identify the records they describe. Their appearance does not imply any endorsement of MedScry.
